Description

You will build scalable enterprise software in Sydney, designing tested solutions and mentoring team members within an agile SDLC.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver scalable enterprise software solutions by scoping business problems with product and marketing teams.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following established standards and best practices.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex software defects and system issues.
• Conduct code reviews and participate in project discovery and recruitment processes.
• Mentor team members and facilitate continuous improvement within the agile SDLC.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• At least 4 years of experience developing websites, applications, and REST APIs using PHP and React.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns.
• Experience with RDBMS such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Proficiency in automated testing, including unit tests.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills for diverse, team-focused environments.
• Degree in any field (Any Graduate).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with version control (Git, SVN, CVS) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of virtualization, Docker, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, OCI).
• Experience with application monitoring, metrics, logging systems, and API optimization.
