Description

Engineer and maintain real-time credit card transaction applications for POS and online channels.

You will own the development, optimization, and troubleshooting of high-volume financial systems in a 24/7 environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system integration and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support applications for real-time credit card transaction processing.
• Optimize code and troubleshoot issues within a 24/7 transactional environment.
• Contribute to coding and performance tuning on a high-volume platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system integration and reliability.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Subject matter expertise in TACL and HPE NonStop (Tandem systems).
• Proficiency with Prognosis for system monitoring.
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Experience with high-volume, high-availability financial transaction systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Python.
• Working knowledge of Java and Ansible for automation.
