Lead full-stack development and project delivery for hardware-integrated software solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Node.js and React.
• Lead cross-functional project teams from concept to delivery, defining scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop and execute unit, integration, and system tests while implementing automated testing frameworks.
• Integrate software with embedded systems, IoT devices, or test benches, troubleshooting hardware-software interface issues.
• Optimize application performance and ensure responsiveness across platforms through code reviews and best practices.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js, React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with hardware/software integration (Raspberry Pi, Arduino, embedded systems, DAQ systems, or Test & Measurement equipment).
• Proven experience in project management using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with software testing tools and automated testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with prototyping and testing of hardware-integrated solutions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with UI/UX designers and backend developers.
