Description

You will own the full development lifecycle for secure, performant, and maintainable software solutions, from architecture to production support.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop scalable systems including APIs, cloud services, and data infrastructure.
• Break down complex requirements into actionable engineering tasks and drive implementation through Agile ceremonies.
• Mentor junior developers, lead code reviews, and establish engineering best practices for quality and reliability.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, ensuring automated testing and streamlined deployment processes.
• Collaborate with product teams to scope features and document system designs, runbooks, and operational procedures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack product development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, Vue.js, Nuxt.js, and Nest.js.
• Experience with Python for backend or automation tasks.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and performance optimization.
• Experience deploying and managing services in cloud environments.
• Familiarity with SQL and relational database design.
• Proven track record of mentoring and guiding technical strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) tooling.
• Background in refactoring legacy systems to reduce complexity.
