Description

You will support manufacturing operations by managing electronic documentation, process development communications, and Electronic Batch Records (EBR) using PAS-X (Korber).

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Generate and validate new Electronic Batch Records (EBR) through Application Lifecycle Management.
• Implement new MES functionality and develop standard work practices.
• Track NPI/EBR metrics to support Lean Transformation and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to projects introducing new products or manufacturing technologies to the plant.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing support or software role.
• Deep expertise with PAS-X (Korber) software for electronic batch records, including editing and validation.
• Proven experience integrating PAS-X with external programs including SAP, PI, and DeltaV.
• Strong operational knowledge of drug substance manufacturing and bioprocessing.
• Experience with electronic documentation and tracking NPI/EBR metrics.
• Ability to work within a team to implement new MES functionality.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biology, or Computer Science with biotechnology experience.
