Description

You will own the design, architecture, and delivery of core IAM projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, architect, and deliver core IAM projects from specification through release.
• Mentor team members on engineering best practices and technical design principles.
• Improve existing codebase quality and architectural standards.
• Lead complex technical initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, primarily in backend systems.
• Proficiency in a modern compiled language such as Java, Go, C#, or C++.
• Experience building identity and access management systems (OAuth, SSO, RBAC, ABAC, ReBAC, login/registration).
• Willingness to learn JavaScript and/or TypeScript alongside modern frontend technologies like React and Redux.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
