Description

You will design, build, and own significant features across the platform, managing end-to-end delivery for large, multi-month initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-quality features and enhancements using Python and microservice architecture.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of complex features spanning multiple months.
• Create technical design specifications and tune distributed system performance to meet SLAs.
• Peer review code and mentor engineers on technical solutions and efficient delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• High proficiency with SQL and relational databases, preferably MySQL, including advanced concepts like locking and isolation levels.
• Significant experience with Python or another dynamically typed, object-oriented language.
• Deep understanding of microservice architecture and container-based distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and message brokers like RabbitMQ.
• Proficiency in RESTful API development and using GitHub for version control.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring junior engineers on technical solutions.
