Description

You will own the full lifecycle of high-quality front-end and back-end services, shaping system architecture and technical standards for the platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship well-tested code for web applications.
• Shape system architecture and long-term platform direction.
• Implement new platform capabilities and improve existing systems.
• Optimize performance, reliability, and scalability as data volumes grow.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and observability.

Required Skills

• 8+ years building, shipping, and operating SaaS or enterprise web applications in production.
• Strong proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript across modern web stacks.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native services on AWS.
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code and observability tooling.
• Proven ability to design systems or lead technical initiatives that have successfully scaled.
• Deep commitment to software engineering best practices, including automated testing and CI/CD.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring teammates and providing technical guidance.
• Demonstrated ability to embrace AI and apply data-driven insights.
