Description

Design, develop, and deploy Java-based applications within a multi-cloud platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement new product features, enhancements, and redesign existing product functions.
• Design object-oriented and service-oriented architectures.
• Write technical specifications, program documentation, and unit test plans.
• Perform unit and performance testing as part of the development cycle.
• Provide technical expertise and conduct peer code reviews for team members.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional experience designing, developing, and deploying Java applications.
• Strong working knowledge of Object-Oriented Analysis, Design, and Implementation.
• Proficiency with Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Gradle.
• Experience with J2EE development, SQL coding, and caching.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, OAuth standards, and JSON parsing.
• Experience with version management tools, preferably GitHub.
• Knowledge of relational databases including PostgreSQL and Oracle.
• Experience with full life cycle development in agile/iterative environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing in AWS infrastructure.
• Exposure to NoSQL data stores.
• Experience with REST API streaming.
