Description

You will design and deliver scalable banking platform features using microservices architecture.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality features and technical specifications for distributed systems.
• Tune system performance to maintain strict SLAs.
• Produce secure solutions and manage database locking, transactions, and isolation levels.
• Mentor engineers to improve code quality and delivery speed.
• Participate in sprint planning and provide technical estimates.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python (dynamically typed, object-oriented).
• Experience with Docker and cloud-based containerized systems.
• Deep understanding of microservices and distributed system architecture.
• Hands-on experience with RabbitMQ message brokers.
• High proficiency with SQL and MySQL, including RDBMS internals.
• Proven ability to develop RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with GitHub and *nix environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in high-paced, customer-centric financial environments.
