Description

You will manage and configure IBM Rational DOORS Next Generation (DNG) and Engineering Test Management (ETM) systems within a Life Science context.

Responsibilities

• Configure, implement, and manage DNG and ETM systems.
• Fix bugs and create streams within DNG.
• Define requirements with stakeholders and manage them throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project baselines, user roles, and permissions.
• Maintain detailed records of qualification, validation, and change control for compliance audits.
• Design software implementation and management plans.
• Mentor and guide less experienced team members.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in the Life Science industry.
• Expertise in configuring, creating streams, and fixing bugs within IBM Rational DOORS Next Generation (DNG).
• Hands-on experience with ETM.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage project baselines and user permissions.
• Strong requirements management and problem-solving skills.
• Experience conducting reviews and securing stakeholder approvals.
