Description

Required

• 8+ years of experience aligning IT systems with organizational business processes by designing, configuring, and implementing enterprise technology solutions that support operational workflows and strategic business objectives.
• At least 5 years of technical leadership experience leading enterprise technology initiatives, technical teams, or solution delivery efforts.
• Demonstrated experience conducting requirements gathering and translating business requirements into detailed technical specifications and solution architectures.
• Experience validating and optimizing deployed solutions to improve business operations throughout the complete project lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of enterprise systems integration, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and enterprise architecture principles.

Preferred

• 8+ years of experience serving in a Technical Lead or Lead Architect capacity.
• Experience leading 1–3 enterprise projects involving technical architecture services, including:
  • Enterprise infrastructure planning and design
  • Systems integration
  • Security architecture and frameworks
  • Technology standards and governance
  • Scalable, compliant, and interoperable enterprise solutions
• Experience leading 1–3 large-scale Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) projects, including:
  • End-to-end software lifecycle management
  • Enterprise application modernization
  • Complex systems integration
  • Management of large datasets and sophisticated business logic
  • Coordinating multiple technical teams using centralized ALM platforms
  • Aligning software delivery with organizational business goals
