Description

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain secure CI/CD and build systems.
• Support FedRAMP High/IL5 compliance (security, audit logging, secrets management, access control).
• Collaborate with Engineering and SRE teams to improve build reliability, scalability, and developer experience.
• Monitor build health, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvements.
• Automate build, deployment, and compliance processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Software Development, Build & Release Engineering.
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub, Buildkite, TeamCity, CircleCI).
• Hands-on experience with Git, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Artifactory, and Linux.
• Strong scripting skills (Shell, Groovy, Ruby, or similar).

Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React toolchains, and Ruby on Rails/RSpec pipelines.

• FedRAMP, DoD IL4/IL5, FISMA, or other regulated environment experience.
• AWS GovCloud or Azure Government experience.

Preferred Skills

• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), Secrets Management, Zero Trust, Compliance Automation.
• Grafana, Elastic Stack, and security/networking knowledge
