Description

You will design, develop, and customize enterprise applications on the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Integration APIs.
• Develop and enhance Service Portal components, Catalog Items, Widgets, and Workflows using UI Builder.
• Implement NowAssist and AgentAI capabilities to improve automation and customer experience.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues within ServiceNow applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in the software industry building enterprise applications.
• 6+ years of hands-on development experience on the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow Scripting, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
• Proficiency in React for ServiceNow customizations.
• Experience with ACL, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Reporting/Dashboards.
• Hands-on development and implementation experience in NowAssist (GenAI features) and AgenticAI solutions.
• Ability to work in Agile/Scrum methodology.
