Description

You will configure, implement, and manage IBM Rational DOORS Next Generation (DNG) and Engineering Test Management (ETM) systems within a Life Science context.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage DNG and ETM systems, including creating streams and fixing bugs.
• Define requirements with stakeholders and manage them throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project baselines, user roles, and permissions.
• Maintain detailed records of qualification, validation, and change control for compliance audits.
• Design software implementation plans and mentor less experienced team members.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in the Life Science industry.
• Expertise in configuring IBM Rational DOORS Next Generation (DNG).
• Hands-on experience with Engineering Test Management (ETM).
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage project baselines and user permissions.
• Strong requirements management and problem-solving skills.
• Experience conducting reviews and securing stakeholder approvals.
