Description

Lead the customization and integration of Dynamics 365 CRM applications to support complex business workflows.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Customize Dynamics 365 CRM entities, forms, views, dashboards, and business rules.
• Develop integrations using C#, .NET, SQL, and JavaScript.
• Build and maintain solutions within the Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
• Manage system architecture, administration, and security roles to ensure compliance with HIPAA and SOC standards.
• Support DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release management.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM customization and configuration.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, SQL, and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
• Proven track record of integrating CRM with third-party systems like Stripe, ERPs, or healthcare platforms.
• Solid understanding of Dynamics CRM architecture and security models.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform certifications.
• Azure cloud knowledge.
• Healthcare industry experience.
