Description

You will own the development, governance, and configuration of ServiceNow solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end management of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Develop and implement strategies for hardware and software asset lifecycle management (HAM/SAM).
• Configure and customize HR Service Delivery (HSRD) components, including Lifecycle Events and Case Management.
• Build workflows and customize platform functionality using ServiceNow scripting and Flow Designer.
• Configure ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping, and manage health dashboards for governance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow Development and Consulting.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
• Hands-on expertise with HAM, SAM, and CMDB modules.
• Experience with ServiceNow API integrations (REST/SOAP).
• Knowledge of MID Server configuration.
• Experience with HSRD module development.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
