Description

You will own core platform architecture and full-stack delivery, building scalable, secure, and reusable components that support multiple applications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize RESTful APIs with robust contracts and documentation.
• Develop full-stack features using React and Ruby on Rails, balancing user experience with server-side reliability.
• Define service boundaries, data models, and application architectures using modern design patterns.
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot performance issues, and drive DevOps automation and CI/CD best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Ruby and Rails for back-end development.
• Strong experience with React and JavaScript/TypeScript for front-end development.
• Expertise in designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience with full-stack development, including database management and system integration.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, specifically AWS or Azure.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
