You will lead enterprise technology initiatives, aligning IT systems with business processes through solution architecture and technical leadership.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise technology initiatives and technical teams, translating business requirements into detailed technical specifications and solution architectures.
• Design, configure, and implement enterprise technology solutions that support operational workflows and strategic business objectives.
• Validate and optimize deployed solutions to improve business operations throughout the complete project lifecycle.
• Lead large-scale Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) projects, including end-to-end software lifecycle management and enterprise application modernization.
• Coordinate multiple technical teams using centralized ALM platforms to align software delivery with organizational goals.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software development, systems integration, and enterprise architecture.
• 5+ years of technical leadership experience leading solution delivery efforts or technical teams.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and enterprise architecture principles.
• Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) platforms and complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to conduct requirements gathering and define technology standards and governance.

Preferred Skills

• 8+ years of experience serving in a Technical Lead or Lead Architect capacity.
• Experience leading 1–3 enterprise projects involving security architecture, scalable solutions, and sophisticated business logic.
