Description

Design, implement, and maintain secure CI/CD and build systems to support FedRAMP High/IL5 compliance.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines and build infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with FedRAMP High/IL5 standards, including audit logging and secrets management.
• Collaborate with Engineering and SRE teams to improve build reliability and developer experience.
• Monitor build health, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvements.
• Automate build, deployment, and compliance processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Software Development or Build & Release Engineering.
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub, Buildkite, TeamCity, or CircleCI.
• Hands-on experience with Git, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Artifactory, and Linux.
• Strong scripting skills in Shell, Groovy, Ruby, or similar languages.
• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React toolchains, and Ruby on Rails/RSpec pipelines.
• Experience with FedRAMP, DoD IL4/IL5, or FISMA regulated environments.
• AWS GovCloud or Azure Government experience.

Preferred Skills

• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), Secrets Management, Zero Trust, and Compliance Automation.
• Grafana, Elastic Stack, and security/networking knowledge.
