Design, develop, and implement scalable software solutions and components for consumer-facing products.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build modern, architecturally sound applications with a focus on scalability, manageability, and maintainability.
• Collect requirements, create software designs, and develop efficient implementations.
• Participate in Agile transformations, adhering to best practices and collaborating with team members.
• Infuse quality of service characteristics into distributed service-based frameworks.
• Contribute insights from prior experience to design specifications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development with a proven record of launching commercial products.
• 3+ years of experience in collecting requirements and creating software designs.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages, including Python3, Java, JavaScript, Ruby, Golang, C, or C++.
• Experience with at least one front-end framework: React, Angular, or Vue.
• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to operate in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (CircleCI, Jenkins) and Linux/Bash.
• Understanding of banking industry functions, specifically custodial and consumer banking.
