Description

You will build and maintain large-scale object storage systems and API integrations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage CEPH-based storage infrastructure and hardware configurations using Solidgm NVMe QLC drives.
• Develop and maintain Python-based applications for object storage front-end and API functionality.
• Utilize Kubernetes, Cilium, Istio, Argo, and OpenTelemetry to ensure system scalability, reliability, and observability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across storage, networking, and API integrations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• In-depth understanding of CEPH or similar distributed object storage architectures.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native tools including Cilium, Istio, Argo, and OpenTelemetry.
• Experience developing and integrating API solutions.
• Familiarity with bare-metal hardware and Solidgm NVMe QLC storage solutions.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot large-scale infrastructure and storage environments.
