Lead technical development and process improvements within an Agile environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead process rewrite initiatives and collaborate across engineering teams.
• Develop applications using Python and manage data in Oracle and Postgres.
• Optimize data pipelines utilizing Kafka.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and manage version control via Bitbucket.
• Deploy services using Docker and EKS while parsing and transforming XML data.

Required Skills

• 11+ years of overall professional experience.
• 8+ years of experience in software development.
• Expertise in Python.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle and Postgres databases.
• Experience with Kafka for data pipeline optimization.
• Proficiency with CI/CD workflows and Bitbucket.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and EKS.
• Experience parsing and transforming XML.
