Description

Lead the analysis, design, and development of complex system components and major application modifications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical project plans, including task assessments, time frames, and effort estimations.
• Direct and monitor less experienced personnel, coordinating development tasks and reviewing documentation.
• Execute detailed test plans, prepare test data, and perform debugging to ensure system effectiveness.
• Prepare technical specifications, system documentation, and analytical diagrams.
• Evaluate vendor software and recommend new technologies to improve organizational efficiency.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in software development and systems analysis.
• Proven experience as a Developer and Analyst.
• Experience with Charles River.
• Ability to work independently on high-level technical phases of development.
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating complex interrelationships between programs and platforms.
• Experience leading project activities and managing the work of others.
• Capability to interface with senior management, clients, and vendors.
