You will design and deploy multi-agent systems to solve complex business problems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy multi-agent systems with robust communication patterns, memory structures, and orchestration logic.
• Develop scalable, observable, and cost-efficient production AI services using LLM technologies.
• Enable internal teams to compose, evaluate, and deploy intelligent agents for direct business impact.
• Prototype rapidly while delivering maintainable, production-grade systems.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience building LLM-powered agentic systems using LangChain or LangGraph.
• Deep understanding of context retrieval, grounding, compression, vector databases, and RAG architectures.
• Experience with cloud-native systems on AWS or GCP.
• Proficiency with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience quantifying stochastic performance and designing evaluation metrics.
• Solid data skills, including data enrichment, transformation, or generative AI techniques.
