Translate functional requirements into detailed technical solution designs and algorithms, refining them into clear specifications while writing high-quality, maintainable code.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve industry solutions by translating functional requirements into technical designs and algorithms.
• Write clean, scalable code adhering to scrum methodology and industry standards.
• Review code written by team members to ensure quality and maintainability.
• Collaborate with solution managers, QA engineers, and project managers to validate requirements and support developments.
• Maintain and support existing developments based on user feedback and cross-functional input.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience in programming and SQL.
• Strong background in delivering high-quality software through clean code and testing.
• Proficiency in C++, C#, Python, or PowerShell.
• Experience with Git, automated testing, design patterns, and UML.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in ICT, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent algorithmic and conceptual thinking abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in supply chain planning or multi-tier, asynchronous, and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps.
