Responsibilities
- Lead the remediation of accessibility issues across public-facing websites.
- Mentor mid-level engineers on web accessibility best practices.
- Update front-end codebases to ensure full WCAG compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within an Agile workflow.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.1 guidelines.
- Proficiency with HTML and CSS.
- Experience working with JSP and Struts.
- Working knowledge of SQL.
