Responsibilities

• Maintain complex software programs while ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement durable solutions to technical and functional issues.
• Partner with management and stakeholders to analyze business needs and plan efficient systems.
• Provide direction and mentorship to junior staff to foster technical excellence.

Required Skills

• 3-4+ years of experience in IT, focusing on application development.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server (2016 or higher; SQL 2022 preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Development technologies, specifically C# .NET.
• Experience with Blazor framework.
• Understanding of health insurance operations, claims transactions, or Healthcare EDI standards.
• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
