Description

You will own the design, development, and maintenance of scalable software solutions on the Salesforce platform, implementing DevOps practices to enhance delivery processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, version control with Git, and automated testing for Salesforce environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
• Monitor application performance, optimize reliability, and document technical processes.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of software development experience with a focus on Salesforce.
• Proven expertise in Salesforce DevOps, including Git for version control.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and practices in a Salesforce context.
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
• Experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Docker, or Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Salesforce administration and configuration.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Architect).
