Lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise-scale AI-enabled applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of AI/ML solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Provide technical leadership across multiple teams, leading architecture decisions and code reviews.
• Architect and maintain secure backend services with a focus on observability and cloud-native design.
• Champion Agile and DevOps practices, implementing efficient CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of software development experience, including 4+ years in AI/ML engineering.
• 6+ years of full-stack development using React.js and RESTful APIs.
• 4+ years of cloud deployment experience on Azure or GCP, including Kubernetes and serverless functions.
• 4+ years in DevOps and CI/CD using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Terraform.
• Expertise in Python, Java, GenAI, FastAPI, and Spring Boot.
• Proven ability to build and maintain scalable, secure backend services.
• Proficiency with containerization and serverless architectures.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing and implementing secure, cloud-native solutions.
