Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of application features, components, and data models using HLD, LLD, and SAD.
• Manage the full delivery lifecycle, including effort estimation, resource planning, and release monitoring.
• Oversee code quality by defining coding standards, conducting peer reviews, and managing defect RCA and mitigation.
• Interface with customers to clarify requirements, present design options, and conduct product demos.
• Mentor team members by setting FAST goals, providing feedback, and ensuring continuous upskilling.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Hands-on experience with VBCS and Oracle Cloud.
• Experience with OIC and Extensions.
• Strong understanding of REST and SOAP web services.
• Ability to break down complex problems into logical components and data models.
• Experience defining and governing configuration management plans.
• Proven ability to perform and evaluate test results against product specifications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience assisting with project timelines and managing complex user stories.
