Description

You will lead the analysis and selection of software and database tools to develop applications alongside hardware.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the full project lifecycle: requirement gathering, design/architecture, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Develop and implement software applications using identified best technologies.
• Provide user training and create necessary documentation for deployed applications.
• Lead and mentor a team of 3-5 programmers.

Required Skills

• Experience with Java, J2EE, JSP, EJB, Servlets, Struts, Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
• Proven ability to research and analyze complex software systems and database tools.
• Experience participating in all phases of software development.
• Proficiency in software design and architecture principles.
• Familiarity with developing and supporting production applications.
• Experience mentoring junior software programmers.
