Description

You will lead the analysis and selection of software and database tools to develop applications alongside hardware, while mentoring a team of 3-5 programmers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 3-5 programmers.
• Participate in the full project lifecycle, from requirement gathering and architecture to testing, deployment, and support.
• Develop and implement software applications using identified best technologies.
• Provide user training and create necessary documentation for deployed applications.
• Research and analyze complex software systems and database tools to select appropriate solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Java, J2EE, JSP, EJB, Servlets, Struts, Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
• Experience with VB.NET.
• Proven ability to research and analyze complex software systems.
• Strong proficiency in software design and architecture principles.
• Experience participating in all phases of software development.
• Familiarity with developing and supporting production applications.
• Experience mentoring junior software programmers.
