Description

You will validate firmware for Arm Neoverse Compute Subsystems to ensure production readiness. You build automated test solutions to deliver production quality firmware alongside open-source software stack teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop test cases and infrastructure for compliance, stress, reliability, performance, and robustness testing.
• Create and implement tooling for various test categories.
• Contribute to the development of CI pipelines.
• Validate platforms utilizing UEFI and ACPI for RAS, Virtualization, Power Management, PCI-E, and CXL.
• Verify and validate embedded software release candidates.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and test automation of system software, preferably for server ecosystems.
• Hands-on experience developing test code and automation for firmware or system software.
• Proficiency in C, Python, and Bash scripting.
• Expertise in both pre-silicon and post-silicon validation.
• Strong understanding of computer architecture and microarchitecture concepts, ideally for Arm architecture.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience validating production quality firmware in the server segment.
• Exposure to static and dynamic code analysis tools and familiarity with Arm SystemReady SR Compliance Program and Security Development Lifecycle (SDL) practices.
• Experience with open-source projects like Linux Kernel, TF-A, EDK II, or OpenBMC.
