Description

Own the end-to-end implementation of professional services projects, managing client expectations, debugging code bases, and ensuring timely resolution of issues across multiple concurrent engagements.

Responsibilities

• Interface with clients to gather requirements, assess needs, and configure software solutions while managing project timelines.
• Debug the code base, analyze data, and participate in mapping and configuration meetings with internal teams.
• Manage four or more projects concurrently, ensuring adherence to deadlines and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Business Analysts, and Infrastructure teams to deliver technical solutions.
• Occasionally travel to client sites to support implementation efforts.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience with Java OR C#.
• Proficiency in SQL, XML, and PowerShell scripting.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for client-facing interactions.
• Ability to work with minimal direction in a business-driven environment.
• Experience with SSO methodologies, RESTful APIs, JSON, and SOAP.
• Process-oriented mindset with strong analytical and multi-tasking abilities.

Preferred Skills

• 1+ years of experience in Compliance or Financial Services.
• Proven track record in implementing software solutions.
