You will design and develop Java-based software products from the ground up, leading technical architecture and mentoring junior engineers.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop software products from scratch using Java and agile methodologies.
• Lead technical architecture, system design, and code reviews.
• Mentor junior developers to strengthen engineering capabilities.
• Manage stakeholders and collaborate with architects to lead projects.
• Apply design thinking to create customer-focused software experiences.

Required Skills

• 4 to 16 years of hands-on software development experience.
• Extensive server-side development experience using Java.
• Proven experience in technical architecture and system design.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience conducting code reviews and mentoring engineers.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and lead technical projects.
• Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Strong OOP skills and knowledge of design patterns.
• Experience with DevOps, continuous integration, and deployment.
• Exposure to big data technologies, Machine Learning, or NLP.
