Description

Administer enterprise software applications, manage SharePoint environments, and automate operational workflows using JavaScript and Power Automate.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain enterprise software applications and SharePoint sites.
• Provide first- and second-level application support and perform root-cause analysis for issues.
• Develop JavaScript scripts to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational workflows.
• Manage SharePoint permissions, configurations, and XML-based data formats.
• Document operational procedures and coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve bugs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software operations or application support.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript scripting for automation.
• Strong SharePoint administration skills, including site management and permissions.
• Proficiency in XML-based configuration and data formats.
• Proven ability in troubleshooting and application support.
• Experience with Power Automate is advantageous.

Preferred Skills

• Experience coordinating with external vendors for issue resolution.
• Background in documenting complex operational procedures.
