You manage the entire software development lifecycle for projects.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the software development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
• Track tasks, timelines, and resources using Jira and Azure DevOps Boards.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, document minutes, and track action items.
• Monitor progress, identify issues, and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
• Gather and coordinate project requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management within software development.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency with Jira and Azure DevOps Boards.
• Experience in Project Management and Software Development.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or Agile certifications.
• Experience in requirements gathering and coordination.
