You will lead the end-to-end software project lifecycle for ARIA Core and Ecclipse systems, from requirements gathering through to deployment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the development, enhancement, and maintenance of oncology and radiation therapy systems to ensure regulatory compliance and interoperability.
- Collaborate with Sales Managers, Key Account Managers, and customers to define technical requirements, scope, and deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including software engineers, radiation oncologists, medical physicists, and QA specialists.
- Oversee software implementation and upgrade projects using Agile methodologies while adhering to PM standards and regulatory requirements.
- Allocate project resources, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
Required Skills
- 6+ years of experience in software project management, ideally within healthcare, MedTech, or enterprise software.
- Deep understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience managing enterprise software projects involving cloud, IoT, and cybersecurity solutions.
- Proficiency with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices.
- Experience working in regulated environments such as FDA, HIPAA, or ISO 13485.
- Ability to manage compliance requirements including export control and EHS.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a healthcare-related field.
Preferred Skills
- PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Six Sigma or Agile certifications (Scrum Master, SAFe).
