Description

You will lead the end-to-end software project lifecycle for ARIA Core and Ecclipse systems, managing development, compliance, and cross-functional delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full software development lifecycle for oncology and radiation therapy systems from requirements to deployment.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineers, medical physicists, and QA specialists to define scope and deliverables.
• Oversee software implementation and upgrades using Agile methodologies while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Allocate resources, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Collaborate with Sales and Key Account Managers to translate customer needs into technical requirements.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in software project management within healthcare, MedTech, or enterprise software.
• Deep understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience managing enterprise software projects involving cloud, IoT, and cybersecurity solutions.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices.
• Experience working in regulated environments such as FDA, HIPAA, or ISO 13485.
• Ability to manage compliance requirements including export control and EHS.

Preferred Skills

• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Six Sigma or Agile certifications (Scrum Master, SAFe).
