Description

You own the quality assurance process for software applications, focusing on the Retail CFR domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans and cases based on software requirements.
• Perform functional, regression, system, and integration testing across applications.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using standard industry tools.
• Collaborate with development teams, product managers, and customers to resolve issues.
• Participate in sprint planning and reviews within an Agile/Scrum environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Software Quality Assurance.
• Experience testing applications in the Retail industry, specifically within the CFR domain (Fuel POS, OPT).
• Proficiency in manual testing and understanding of automation concepts.
• Experience with QA tools including PractiTest, Jira, or HP ALM.
• Knowledge of XML, API testing (REST, SOAP), and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Experience working in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong defect management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for test reporting and data analysis.

• Basic stakeholder coordination and excellent communication skills.
