Description

You will own the quality assurance process for our software applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases based on software requirements.
• Perform functional, regression, system, and integration testing for software applications.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using industry-standard tools.
• Collaborate with development teams, product managers, vendors, and customers to resolve issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Software Quality Assurance.
• Proficiency in manual testing with an understanding of automation concepts.
• Experience in the Retail industry, focusing on Fuel POS and OPT technologies.
• Proficiency in QA tools such as PractiTest, Jira, or HP ALM.
• Knowledge of API testing (REST, SOAP), XML, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Experience working in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

Preferred Skills

• Strong defect management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for test reporting and data analysis.
