Description

You will lead the quality assurance process for complex enterprise software, focusing on web interfaces and cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Write readable, performant automation code and maintain high code quality standards through peer reviews.
• Design, implement, and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, and cases to validate functionality, performance, and scalability.
• Identify, document, and track defects, collaborating with developers to prioritize and resolve issues.
• Establish testing standards and methodologies to ensure consistency throughout the development lifecycle.
• Lead and mentor junior team members while continuously improving QA tools and frameworks.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software development experience in high-value test automation for enterprise products.
• 7+ years of experience developing desktop and mobile automation frameworks using Selenium, Cucumber, Java, JavaScript, Appium, Cypress, and Page Object Model (POM).
• 5+ years of experience in cross-browser compatible front-end web testing and automation.
• 5+ years of experience in mobile automation for non-native applications.
• 3+ years of experience working with the TestNG framework.
• Experience with UI and API automation and reporting capabilities.
• Familiarity with Playwright automation tools.
• Experience with high availability, Disaster Recovery, Rogue testing, and Performance testing.
• Proficiency with version control and CI/CD tools including Git, GitHub, GitLab, and Jenkins.
• Awareness of web performance tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the financial services domain with high-volume, large-scale processing.
• Experience with Postman for API testing.
• Participation in agile ceremonies including story mapping, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.
