Description

Lead end-to-end quality assurance for functional, non-functional, and exploratory testing.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test strategies for UI/UX, responsive design, cross-browser, cross-device, and geolocation.
• Manage test cases and reporting using Zephyr, Jira, and TestRail.
• Conduct API, database, and automation testing for backend and frontend validation.
• Perform performance, security, and accessibility testing to ensure software quality.
• Develop automated test scripts and mentor junior QA engineers.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Expertise in Zephyr or equivalent test management tools.
• Proficiency in functional and non-functional testing, including performance, security, usability, and accessibility.
• Experience with cross-browser and cross-device testing strategies.
• Basic knowledge of automation frameworks such as Selenium or Robot Framework.
• Hands-on experience with API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or equivalent tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and cloud-based testing.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate in both English and Spanish.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI-driven testing, Generative AI, or AI/ML-driven methodologies.
• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, and Agile/Scrum environments.
• ISTQB or CSTE certifications.
