Description

You will ensure the stability, resiliency, and performance of the Agency Lending platform through proactive production management.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Drive a culture of stability and performance to prevent customer-impacting incidents related to application scalability.
• Develop and support applications hosted in both cloud and on-premises environments.
• Build monitoring and management tools and processes to maintain platform health.
• Use CI/CD practices and tools to deploy changes rapidly while minimizing risk.
• Participate in technical discussions with business partners to identify departmental needs and technical direction.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in software support or engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Oracle SQL, including writing queries, PL/SQL, functions, and stored procedures on Oracle 12 or higher.
• Deep understanding of Core Java concepts, including multi-threading, design patterns, and JDBC.
• Experience with Spring Boot, specifically understanding application flow and basic annotations.
• Proficiency in Linux and Unix shell scripting.
• Experience with Kubernetes or similar container orchestration tools.
• Hands-on experience with Git, Maven, Jenkins, and uDeploy.
• Practical knowledge of Agile development methodologies and Jira.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with low-code platforms such as PowerApps, Power Automate, or Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
