Description

You will lead technical delivery and development for citywide MWBE business diversity software implementations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions using custom development and COTS products.
• Own the full development lifecycle including requirements, architecture, testing, and deployment.
• Write code, configure COTS solutions, create architecture diagrams, and build automation pipelines.
• Manage technical requests such as build of materials, firewall rule changes, and security updates.
• Lead the development team, establish technical standards, and ensure security compliance with Cyber Command.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software development and technical leadership.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major programming language: Java, Python, C#, C++, JavaScript, or Go.
• Strong expertise in Enterprise or Solution Architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud-based architecture using Azure or AWS.
• Proven experience with cloud-based SaaS solutions.
• Hands-on experience using DevOps toolsets.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe methodologies.
• Ability to recommend technology standards for security, document transmission, and digital signatures.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of B2GNOW software or similar business diversity solutions.
• Experience documenting non-functional requirements with cross-functional teams.
