Description

You will design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. You own the full data lifecycle from extraction to visualization.

Responsibilities

• Perform ETL processes using SQL to extract, transform, and load data for reporting and analytics.
• Optimize SQL queries and data models for performance, scalability, and efficient data retrieval.
• Implement advanced analytics features, including AI-driven insights like predictive analytics and anomaly detection.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with healthcare standards (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in agile environments to deliver data-driven insights.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in data visualization and dashboard development.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI and SQL for data querying and transformation.
• Hands-on experience with data modeling techniques and best practices.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with healthcare domain data standards is an advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Snowflake and cloud-based data warehousing solutions.
• Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Looker, or Qlik.
• Understanding of integrating AI/ML insights into BI workflows.
