Description

Lead end-to-end data testing activities across source, staging, and target systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define test strategy, test plans, and ensure proper test coverage.
• Review and approve test cases, execution results, and defect reports.
• Validate complex data transformations and perform advanced data quality checks.
• Mentor testers and enforce best testing practices.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills

• 7-13 years of overall experience in SQL and Data Testing.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for data validation and analysis.
• Strong understanding of Data Warehousing concepts.
• Expertise in Data Testing methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage testing deliverables.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring junior testers.
• Background in complex data transformation projects.
