Description

You will own the execution of tests and provide ad hoc testing support across all Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) phases.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute detailed test scenarios and test cases using tools like HP ALM.
• Verify test conditions by running SQL queries against backend systems and checking service responses via Postman or SoapUI.
• Assist with Agile Ceremonies and release management duties when acting as Scrum Master backup.
• Maintain system protocols by writing and updating procedures, release notes, and technical documentation.
• Demonstrate user stories and functionality to clients and validate data updates through the UI.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in manual and automated testing.
• Experience creating clear test plans, test scenarios, and test cases in HP ALM or similar tools.
• Experience building and utilizing Test Automation scripts and framework (UFT).
• Proficiency in writing and executing SQL queries for database verification (PLSQL knowledge is a plus).
• Familiarity with Web services and verification tools such as Postman and SoapUI.
• Working knowledge of DevOps and Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to create detailed defect reports explaining software issues thoroughly.
• Understanding of the complete system life cycle (SDLC) application architecture.
• Experience using VersionOne or other work management tools.
