Description

You will own test execution and provide ad hoc testing support across all SDLC phases.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute detailed test scenarios and cases in HP ALM.
• Verify backend conditions using SQL queries and validate service responses via Postman or SoapUI.
• Build and maintain test automation scripts and frameworks using UFT.
• Act as Scrum Master backup, assisting with Agile ceremonies and release management.
• Maintain system protocols by writing technical documentation, release notes, and procedures.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in manual and automated testing.
• Proficiency with UFT for test automation script creation and framework utilization.
• Experience defining test plans, scenarios, and cases in HP ALM or similar tools.
• Strong SQL skills for database verification (PLSQL knowledge preferred).
• Familiarity with web services verification tools such as Postman and SoapUI.
• Working knowledge of DevOps, Agile Scrum methodologies, and SDLC architecture.
• Experience with version management tools like VersionOne.
• Ability to produce detailed defect reports explaining software issues thoroughly.

Preferred Skills

• Experience acting as a Scrum Master backup.
• Background in DevSecOps practices.
